For metal parts, use a microfiber or lens cloth to remove dirt, fingerprints, or oil stains. Avoid alcohol or corrosive cleaners to prevent damage or discoloration.
For Nano Gel surfaces, rinse gently with clean water if dirty. Do not use dishwashing liquids, soaps, or other corrosive agents, as these may reduce adhesion.
Instructions
To ensure optimal adhesion, follow these guidelines:
- Clean both the surface and the suction cup to avoid dust or grease reducing grip.
- Loosen the suction cup fully, press firmly, then tighten the base.
- On painted walls, limit usage to 15 minutes.
- Always check stability before each use.
Every unit undergoes adhesion testing before leaving the factory. However, actual performance may vary depending on environment and handling.
Precautions
- This suction mount is not designed for long-term attachment — ideal for short-term shooting or temporary support on the go.
- On painted, coated, or uneven surfaces, adhesion may be reduced, and paint may peel. Please evaluate before use and accept any associated risk.
- For Nano Gel models, the adhesive cannot be restored once used; therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible after use.

In stock items are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.
Pre-order items are shipped within 7–20 business days.
Business days refer to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

If your order is not shipped within 20 business days, we will issue a 20% discount on that order as an apology for the inconvenience.
